GB4FUN is run by the Radio Society of Great Britain on a wholly non-commercial basis.

Funding is provided by the RSGB's charitable arm the Radio Communications Foundation. GB4FUN also receives valuable assistance and equipment donations from a host of radio dealers and equipment manufacturers.
